Mark LaBere, formerly of Bismarck, ND, was a valued C-level leader and executive at Adolfson & Peterson Construction for more than four years. 

The VP-Accounting & Finance of the Colorado-based construction firm from 2012 to 2016, LaBere provided adept management and leadership of all financial analytics and operations of Adolfson & Peterson’s $350 million construction arm throughout his tenure – including compliance, audit and controls.

• As Vice President, Mark LaBere enjoyed a myriad of responsibilities, including:
  
• The hiring, mentoring and management of accounting professionals, project executives, leaders and teams for more than 90 ongoing projects every year.
  
• Ensuring the accuracy and reporting of all revenue forecasting, project budgeting, operational budgets, cost management, project cash-flow forecasting and modeling of future before-tax outcomes.
  
• The review, assistance and approval of owner contract terms, as well as the negotiation of changes to potentially adversarial positions that could have affected profitable outcomes.
